Money Month Quiz 2023 - Terms and Conditions
- This competition is being promoted and run by Te Kāhui Inihua o Aotearoa/the Insurance Council of New Zealand (ICNZ).
- By participating in this competition, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- The competition period runs from 5am 14 August until midnight 31 August 2023.
- The prize draw will take place on Monday 4 September 2023.
- Each person who completes the quiz and provides their contact details will be entered into the competition and eligible for the prize draw.
- It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to complete the quiz and provide their full contact details. ICNZ will not be responsible for any late entries, or entries not received due to issue of electronic exchange due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of ICNZ.
- Each entrant may only enter the prize draw once.
- There will be one prize draw with a winner being drawn at random.
- The winner of the draw will receive a Prezzy® card to the value of NZD200.
- The winner will be notified by email or phone. ICNZ will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, but if the winner does not confirm acceptance of their prize within fourteen calendar days from the date of the prize draw, the prize will be redrawn until another winner is found.
- You must be a New Zealand resident aged 18+ to enter.
- The prize is non-transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash or credit.
- ICNZ reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the prize draw at any time.
- The winner’s name may be used by ICNZ for promotional purposes.
- Use of the Prezzy® card is subject to the Terms and Conditions found at www.prezzycard.co.nz. The winner of the prize will be required to comply with the Prezzy® card Terms and Conditions.
- Employees and directors of ICNZ and the immediate families of each of those persons are not eligible to participate in this competition.
